Q. Where can I get advice on where, when & how I can use a leisure home?

There are two national bodies, the National Caravan Council and the British Holiday & Home Parks Association who have really good advice areas on their websites covering everything you need to know in advance of your purchase.

Q. Does the leisure home have a warranty?

Yes, a two year warranty is offered, subject to compliance with certain terms & conditions. You can download a detailed copy of the Victory warranty.

Q. The Recommended Retail Price shown is ex factory, what else can I expect to be added to this?

For definite there will be transport costs from our factory to your chosen park, either in the UK or Europe; your park's charges for siting the unit, connecting it to all services (gas, electric, water, sewerage), safety testing and providing a means of entry to the door(s). On top of that, there may be a premium to pay (a) for the park location (b) for the standard of park amenities available (c) for the quality & location of the unit's pitch. Your chosen park will also levy an annual pitch fee. For full details, you should speak with your chosen park or distributor.

Q. Who do I contact if I have a warranty issue?

You should always contact your supplier (i.e. whoever you paid) as they will arrange any necessary inspection. A lot of work is done on park and it is this aspect that will need to be considered before referral or onward reporting. The warranty for most fittings and appliances will be undertaken by the specific manufacturer / supplier and the details of this warranty can be found in their own literature supplied with your owner's information pack.

Q. What if I am unhappy with any aspect of the service?

A we recommend that you write to whoever is causing you any problem and copy the correspondence to Victory Leisure Homes Ltd. Make sure you quote the model, serial number and your park. We will then hope to speed up a resolution.
