Staycation gems on the Emerald Isle

With unbeatable coastlines, ocean views, exhilarating activities and much more, you can enjoy a break in a Victory leisure home in many locations across Ireland.

Here are just a few of our favourite parks:

Barleycove Holiday Park, Killeane, Co. Cork

Barleycove Holiday Park was founded 50 years ago by the Kenneally family and is situated on the magnificent Mizen peninsula in West Cork. There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area, as well as stunning coastlines dotted with sandy beaches including Cockle Strand with its view down Crookhaven Harbour, Galley Cove looking out on the famous Fastnet Rock and the beautiful Barleycove Beach.  A short distance away is Mizen Head and Visitor Centre, the most south-westerly point of Ireland.

Seafield Caravan Park, Youghal, Cork

Seafield was acquired by the Kenneally family in 2016 and is situated in Youghal, a seaside resort town in County Cork.  The park is within walking distance of Claycastle blue flag beach, with beautiful views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Visitors can also enjoy a pitch and putt course, the Aura Leisure Centre and Perks Entertainment Centre.

The Skerries Holiday Park, Portrush, Country Antrim

Skerries Holiday Park is located in Portrush, a small seaside resort town on the north coast of County Antrim in Northern Ireland. The area is famed for its beauty and heritage, with the park boasting views of the Skerries Islands and out to the Atlantic Ocean. Park visitors can also enjoy the onsite chippy, shop, tennis courts and football pitches, as well as activities outside the park including surf school, Waterworld and the Giant’s Causeway.

Riverchapel Holiday Park, Riverchapel, Co. Wexford

Set in the heart of the friendly village of Riverchapel, this cosy holiday park is purposely landscaped to give holiday makers extra privacy with spacious pitches. With a new children’s playground and its proximity to Courtown’s fantastic beaches, this holiday park is ideally suited for families to get away from their busy lives. Nearby attractions include Courtown Amusement Centre, Pirates Cove and a choice of blue flag beaches.

Ardamine Holiday Parks, Courtown, Co. Wexford

These two holiday parks are purposely landscaped and tailored to give each holidaymaker the most amount of space for their family vacations. Both parks have children's playgrounds, with the children’s adventure centre in park one open to visitors at both parks. Other onsite activities include football pitches and tennis courts. Things to do nearby include Greenan Maze, Pirates Cove, blue flag beaches, golf clubs and fishing.

Strand Holiday Park, Rosslare, Co. Wexford

The Strand Holiday Park is situated in the heart of Rosslare Strand with a children’s play area. The residents get great enjoyment from their gardens and decks, filling this holiday park with colour from the flowers that decorate it from end to end. The holiday park is just a short distance from Rosslare Strand and beautiful blue flag beaches, as well as Johnstown Castle and the National Heritage Park.

Copper Coast Holiday Park, Knockmahon, Bunmahon, Co. Waterford

This holiday park has its very own beach access to one of the most secluded, sandy beaches the sunny Copper Coast has to offer. The holiday park is only a drive away from the busy town of Tramore with its amusement arcades and fairground rides. Other surrounding activities include the Sopper Coast Geo-Park, mini farm, Splash World, surfing and fishing.

The cosy village of Bunmahon boasts authentic Irish pubs and restaurants with live music and great craic.

Trenchcastle Holiday Park, Castlegregory, Co. Kerry

Trenchcastle Holiday Park is set on a peninsula in between two long sandy beaches close to the wonderful cosy village of Castlegregory. The south-west coast of Ireland is truly breathtaking and the views over the bay from the top of Conor’s Pass are not to be missed. This area is well renowned for its seafood as well as home to surf schools, diving schools and all kinds of watersports. With the town of Dingle not far away and the city of Tralee close by there is plenty of entertainment available.
