We provide an additional 2 years’ warranty cover (after the initial 12 months) if a manufacturing defect occurs on the following items:
* Cladding warranty is subject to the type of cladding used on your home.
** Please refer to your boiler manual. The boiler warranty must be registered within 30 days of commissioning and be serviced annually by a Gas Safe engineer. Boiler warranty may vary depending on where the holiday home is sited.

The structural components listed below are entitled to an additional four years warranty cover after the initial 12 months.

10 Year Warranty
Fully galvanised steel chassis receive an anti-corrosion warranty* of 10 years from the date of manufacture. The structural warranty is 15 years from the date of chassis manufacture. Painted steel chassis receive an anticorrosion warranty of 2 years from the date of manufacture.** The structural warranty is 5 years from the date of chassis manufacture.
* The anti-corrosion warranty covers the perforation of
the steel components such that the structural integrity of
the home is compromised, and does not cover cosmetic
anomalies including the appearance of surface rust.
Annual maintenance regimes should be followed in
accordance with the Victory Owners Handbook in your
home.
** Painted chassis located within coastal areas,will require
quarterly checks and may possibly need periodic work to
be carried out.
