VICTORY LEISURE HOMES LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Your warranty does not include the provision of or the rectification of:

Caused by failure to follow the correct winterisation and drain down procedures.
Caused by the use of unsuitable cleaning products/materials.
Caused during transportation of the home to the site, siting, and commissioning.
Caused by repairs undertaken or attempted by anyone other than Victory Leisure Homes or a third party authorised by us.
From condensation.
Caused by or within parts of fixtures or fittings that have not been manufactured or supplied by Victory Leisure Homes.
Caused by a failure or delay in arranging for a defect, obvious to a reasonable person who has complied with the Owners Manual, to be reported under your warranty or rectified.
Caused by the failure to carry out maintenance, day to day or routine, including (but not limited to) procedures specified by Victory Leisure Homes, the NCC, the BH&HPA, or your park operator.
Caused by the incorrect use or connection of the utilities (gas, electricity, water).
Caused by an accessory being fitted to your home that has not been approved by Victory Leisure Homes.
Caused by extreme weather or environmental conditions, including (but not limited to) salt spray in coastal areas, severe winds, flooding, heavier than expected snowfall, blocked gutters as a result of debris from nearby trees.
Caused by the explosive, toxic or corrosive materials being brought into your home.
Caused by the relocation of your home from the original site.
Caused by flies, insect, bird or rodent infestations.
Caused by an any accident in your home or any act or omission by you.
Caused indirectly by riot, revolution, an act of god, war or any similar event.
Caused by vandalism, theft of or from your home.
Caused by any alteration, modification, vandalism, or accidental damage to your home.
Caused by misuse, neglect, overloading or abnormal use of your home other than for use as defined by the standard it is manufactured to, which is either a recreational caravanb(EN1647) or home built to residential standard (BS3632).
Caused by any foreign object.

The repair and replacement of consumable items such as electrical connections, light bulbs, fuses, batteries, gas bottles, fluorescent tubes, filters and tap washers.
Any appliances supplied with your home, or any item, where the guarantee is provided by a third party.
Adjustment of hinges, blinds, catches, stays, windows and doors.
Normal wear and tear of any item within your home including décor.
