In March, we visited Phill Burton and his team at Independent Park Network (IPN), one of our new distributors located in the North East. Based at Scotch Corner, just off the A1, IPN have recently revamped their showground and have a range of Victory’s on display and can recommend the best parks in that region to own a holiday home or lodge.

Stuart Ladd, our regional sales manager, said, “The addition of the sales ground at Scotch Corner will greatly benefit both IPN and Victory as we look to deliver more homes and lodges to owners in the region. It’s always been a pleasure to work with Phill, his knowledge of the industry and his loyalty to Victory will make sure that holidaymakers and homeowners get the best experience.”

Open five days a week, Phill and Mark are ready to welcome you onto their showground to grab a coffee and walk around our Lakewood, Riverwood and Lochwood. Our new 2023 Bower model will also be available to view from April.

We asked Phill which Victory model is his favourite: “It’s difficult because they’re all great but we’d have to choose the Bower. It really highlights that Victory are setting the pace in terms of design and quality and we can’t wait for it to arrive on our showground very soon.”

The IPN team will be able to provide you with all the information you need about Victory ownership, including joining the Victory Family, and offer expert advice on finding your dream park. Phill and Mark have great relationships with hand-picked family run parks throughout the whole of the North of England, Scotland and as far down as Cornwall, offering you the chance to own a home in your favourite place in the UK.

We asked IPN what they like about Victory: “We really like that Victory is not afraid to rip up the rule book and try something different, to make a statement and truly stand apart.”
