Living room
The lounge gives you plenty of space to switch off, with two comfortable sofas and room for everyone to sit together. Large windows and sliding doors bring in lots of natural light, while the soft furnishings and warm wood finishes keep the space feeling relaxed and easy to live in.
Kitchen & dining
The U-shaped kitchen is designed to make the most of the space, with plenty of storage and worktop room for cooking and preparing meals. The soft green units and wood-effect cabinetry give it a modern, homely feel, while the freestanding dining table sits just alongside, creating an easy place to eat, chat or settle down with a drink.
Bathrooms
The shower room keeps things simple and practical, with a full-sized shower, wash basin, toilet and plenty of room for the everyday essentials. Wood-effect detailing adds a warmer finish, while the patterned shower panels and chrome fittings keep the space feeling fresh and modern.

You can only buy a Victory home from a park or certified distributor. We provide RRPs for all of our homes but the final price you pay is likely to be different. Much like the housing market, where you site your home can make a difference. You will also need to take into account site fees (which are often charged yearly), transportation, utilities, optional extras, and maintenance.
